In continuing my discussion of the excutive order to close Gitmo, let me just say again - God help us!
Section 2(c) of the order gives all those detainees (the Obama word for terrorists) the writ of habeas corpus. So when did terrorists get the same rights and privileges under the U.S. Constitution as the citizens of the United States? This is incredible to me. Are the people so blind as to not see where this is going? This is pandering to the terrorists by a fellow Islamist - Obama loves his own kind. I don't mean African American. I mean Islamists. He is a follower of Islam. I have said this time and time again. There are no binds stronger for the Islam faith then the one that ties them to each other by the Koran. And in this book, one is either a convert to Islam or one is to be killed. I am astounded that the people of this country (for I won't call it great any longer in the present or futuristic sense for it was great in the past, up until 4 days ago, but now it is no longer) don't see what it is that they have done. I guess I need to keep in mind that those that crucified Jesus also did not know what they were doing for Jesus said on the Cross "Forgive them, for they know not what they do." The only problem is that the American People knew exactly what they were getting. All of us will go down with this new messiah but like the weeds with the wheat, they will grow together but when it is harvest time, the weeds will be separated and thrown into the fire. For those of you that have no idea what I mean, please read the Gospel of Matthew. For those of us that are the wheat, there is nothing we can do but rest in the faith that we will be with God in the end. Again, Obama and his followers, my you enjoy the eternal fire that you are bringing upon yourselves.
Futhermore, in this Order, those that are determined to be prosecuted, may get to be prosecuted in the courts "established purusant to Article III of the United States Constitution...." What this means is that these terrorists have the same rights in our courts that all citizens do. These are the federal district courts or the courts of original jurisdiction in the U.S. Federal Court System. This also means these killers are entitled to have evidence presented according to the Rules of Evidence of which many pieces may not be admissible for they are not available. This also means that these killers have the rights given to them under the First Amendment, Fourth Amendment, Fifth Amendment and Sixth Amendment. When I write this, I know that a great majority of people that read this won't know what these Amendments state - a sad state of affairs when the citizens of the U.S. don't know the law of the land. For those that want to kill us, sometimes the rules of evidence and procedure need to be suspended to get to the truth. I also fear that most of the evidence will not be allowed in as evidence for it is the trial court's decision to either let evidence in or not and with the liberal judges on the bench, I fear they will not follow the law and allow these killers a free pass. I have no faith in our justice system although I am part of that system.
Obama also, through excutive order, established a Special Task Force on Detainee Disposition for ways to dispose of these terrorists. This "Task Force" is made up by the Attorney General, Secretary of Defense, Secretary of State, Homeland Security Secretary, DNI, Director of CIA, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs. All of these are Obama's lackeys except for the Joint Chief Chairman. This task force is no more than a liberal group for the release of would-be killers of the citizens this group has sworn to protect. Do the people reaize that they have put their protection in the hands of people that don't care if we are protected? Would you put your safety in the person that just broke into your home? Would you put your safety in the hands of terrorists? This group has more interest in being nice to the terrorists than they do about protecting the people of the U.S. Remember the motto that Obama's presidency will forever be remembered -"Be nice to those that want to kill us for then they may not kill us even though that is their goal." Amazing!
This task force is to conduct a review of the "options" available with respect to the "apprehension, detention, trial, transfer, release, or other dispostion of individuals captured or apprehended in connection with armed conflicts and counterterrorism operations....." In other words, what are the options if the U.S. captures a terrorists and how does the government cover that up and let them go. The U.S. is no longer allowed to interrogate these killers so it might as well let them go since we can't use evidence of their words for they will not talk after being read their rights. Can you imagine capturing a terrorist that was about to kill many Americans and when they are captured it is stated to them "You have the right to remain silent......". In my world, that silence would be permanent for I would have them killed. Period! I would then know that this killer would not be free again to plot or to kill Americans. Oh, and by the way, this would only take place after interrogating them to the fullest. I am not sorry for my views for I see it as self-defense and defense of others - all others in this country. People don't realize it yet, but when they booed President Bush, they booed the one that cared for them the most and took great pains to insure their safety. They watched him fly off to Texas and watched our security go with it. I could not believe that they booed him for his has kept this country safe since 9/11.
For all those that booed President Bush and support Obama........God, forgive them for they know not what they do........Well, yes they do but they don't care but forgive them nonetheless. No? What do you mean, God, when you say there is no more room at the Inn for the followers of Obama?
Since this "task force" is going to let these killers go free, I am sure they will not object if some of these "detainees" go and live with them. What? What do you mean, Hillary and company, that there is No Room at the Inn........?
